FAQ / Shipping

Here is how we operate!

We are a home based bakery. We add new flavors to our site as seasons change or as we come up with new creations. Our customers are notified through social media and emails. We also sporadically make drops so follow our page to know when! Please understand each order is made to order. We do not keep cookies on hand as we make them fresh in accordance to when the order is placed. We recommend to place your order as soon as possible if there is a specific date they are needed by.

When do the cookies ship?

Your order will ship within 3-4 days after purchase, unless advised of a specific ship date or pre-order for another date.

What service do you use to ship your cookies?

We currently ship only in the U.S via USPS Postal Service. We charge a flat rate of $10 for shipping. Orders can take about 2-5 business days to arrive once shipped. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date, due to this timing to be out of our control once the post office has your package. We are not responsible for your package once it ships so please be aware of your tracking.

What if I enter the wrong shipping / billing address?

Please email us at Homemadebycherryb@gmail.com immediately with your name and order number. Provide us with any corrections that need to be made! If you receive an email that your label has been printed, you must pay for another label. Please make sure to include your APARTMENT NUMBER if this is a residence! This is super important! Your order will be rerouted back to us and you will have to re pay for shipping.

Do you deliver in NY or have pick up available?

We do have pick- up available and we make deliveries for local events within NY. Please email for inquiries before placing your order.

How can we preserve our cookies after receiving them?

Our cookies have a shelf life of 10 days. You can freeze them to preserve them for longer for up to two months. To reheat let them thaw for about 10 minutes and heat in your oven at 325 degrees for about 5-6 minutes. Pay close attention to them as you don't want to completely recook them!

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept payments through PayPal and all major credit and debit cards.

Are you a nut free Company?

Our cookies are made in a home kitchen. We do our best to prevent cross- contamination, however we are not an allergy free kitchen. All ingredients for each cookie are mentioned on each product page.
