Bronx native, self-taught chef/ baker Cherrelle B or Cherry is the CEO of the "HomemadebyCherryB" brand. Originally graduating with a degree in Fashion, her love for cooking/ baking was her real passion. The pandemic of 2020 opened an opportunity to become more innovative in the kitchen. 

Becoming extremely ill during this time with a stomach dysfunction caused her to be more cautious of her food choices and her ingredients. She began to discard most pre-made sauces, boxed, canned, and processed foods. It allowed her to come up with new recipes and continue making her favorite dishes just a bit differently. She now uses fresh ingredients to create everything she can from scratch. 

This also allowed her to find something extremely fun, BAKING. This became therapeutic for her. It allowed her to find her niche. She has made this her THING. She works very hard on her recipes to make sweet glorious treats in her home kitchen. She enjoys it so much that she has turned her brand into a brand that is known for the unique treats she makes.
